(Serves 4)
– 500gm lamb mince
– 1 large egg
– 2 tsp lemon zest
– 100g feta, crumbled
– 1 clove garlic
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl. Season with cracked pepper and stir to combine. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls with damp hands.
In a large frying pan, over a medium-high heat, cook the meatballs, turning, for 6 to 7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Serve with fresh Greek Salad of cos lettuce, sliced red onion, mixed olives, tomatoes, and feta.
