Here’s a great summer desert treat that still keeps you in keto
Chocolate Covered Strawberries because everything tastes better dipped in chocolate.
– 16 strawberries (4 each)
– 1 pack Whittaker’s 86% or 92% dark chocolate
The easiest way to melt chocolate is the microwave. If you don’t have a microwave fill a saucepan ¼ full with water and bring the water to a low gentle boil. Reduce the heat, set a large (heat-proof) glass bowl on top, making sure the bowl tightly covers the pot.
Add chocolate to the bowl and stir constantly, until melted and smooth.
Dip the strawberries place on a plate covered with baking paper and pop in the fridge till ready -YUM!
