Blueberry Chia Bowl
Ingredients
- 80 g full fat cottage cheese
- 160 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 60 g blueberries fresh or frozen
- 40 g chia seeds
- 10 g almonds
Instructions
- Blitz the cottage cheese, almond milk, vanilla and blueberries in a blender until smooth
- Pour mix over the chia seeds and mix well. Place in the refrigerator overnight
- Stir before serving and top with chopped almonds and a couple of blueberries
