Blueberry Chia Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 80 g full fat cottage cheese
  • 160 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 10 g almonds

Instructions
 

  • Blitz the cottage cheese, almond milk, vanilla and blueberries in a blender until smooth
  • Pour mix over the chia seeds and mix well. Place in the refrigerator overnight
  • Stir before serving and top with chopped almonds and a couple of blueberries
